I discovered yoga 23 years ago and was immediately drawn to its ability to strengthen my body and calm my mind.

I am passionate about helping others grow through mindful movement.

Over my five years of teaching, I continually try to create a nurturing and playful atmosphere in my classes, creating an environment where individuals can flourish.

With the pressures of modern day, I view yoga and meditation as essential tools for enhancing well-being and day to day life.

I truly believe that Yoga and Meditation should be inclusive practices, accessible and beneficial to everyone.

Each class begins with a moment of calm to connect with our breath.
